I started my business as a KPO specializing in developing business plans to clients abroad and in 2 years, I earned enough money that I began searching for an investment option. The outer part of the city is nearly 20miles away from the city and will need about an hour of travel in the busy traffic places. Finally my Apartment Searches came to an end and I bought a ground of land in the outer part of the city and the great thing in all these searches is that I did not consult a broker in each search and in my purchasing the land. In the first Apartment Searches, I used to browse the internet for the popular real estate companies that are operating locally will be found and prior to this I attended a property fair conducted by a famous news paper in one of the trade centers and I received the brochures from these companies and logged online and got more information. Then in my Apartment Searches, I went directly to the apartment builder offices and got an estimate of the price of the flat and the builder used to arrange a visit to the apartment which will be located far away from the office.
